POS Specialist (LS) & Applications Support

Responsibility

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to LS Retail products and services

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Retail/Front user Operation Applications such as POS, Sales Order creation etc.

• Providing guidance and training on how to use LS Retail features and functionalities.

• Communicating with users and partners via phone, email, Service system and Line chat.

• Documenting and reporting users’ feedback and suggestions.

• Collaborating with other departments such as accounting, finance, and operation.

• Provide document and training and store support for operation team.

• Provide training and documentary for Helpdesk team to be L1 support.

Requirement

• A degree or certification in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Experience in working with Point of sales (POS).

• Basic knowledge of SQL, .NET, or other programming languages.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Retail Operation Support Experience is a plus.
