Bebe Phone, the phone accessories store that has over 100 shops across Thailand is looking for a passionate Marketer to join the team. This role involves creating innovative marketing strategies and managing comprehensive campaigns to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for creative problem-solving. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role is essential for delivering impactful marketing solutions that align with the company’s vision and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Bebe Phone shop both online and offline.

- Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer needs to develop targeted campaigns.

- Create and manage marketing campaigns that build awareness of Bebe Phone and drive customers to store.

- Analyze and track campaign performance to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.

- Manage the marketing budget and track spending to ensure alignment with plans.

- Collaborate with design and sales teams to develop marketing materials such as instore catalogs, brochures, and online content.

- Prepare marketing reports and present performance results to management.

- Support other assigned projects to assist the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, particularly in communication and campaign management.

- Knowledge of online and offline marketing tools and strategies.

- Strong analytical skills and budget management capabilities.

- Able to work collaboratively in a team, strong skill in managing multiple stakeholders.

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique/out of box marketing campaigns.
