Responsibilities
• Contribute to top management team as part of credit analysis, credit scoring model and collection performance
• Responsible for credit analytics report, recommendation and policy covering entire credit process
• Apply credit risk management and diversification strategy to improve overall portfolio credit quality with pricing justification
• Initiate credit segmentation strategy/framework to evaluate segment performance and to identify market opportunities
• Take leadership role to develop and implement credit scoring model with other parties
• Develop collection strategy and account management plan for both in-housed team and OA to improve loss recovery
• Lead credit process improvement plan for better service turnaround time and operational efficiency
• Collaborate in relevant project(s), and act as key member to drive them to meet timeline and objective
• Lead and work on key projects as per assigned by top management
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• At least 10 years of practical professional background under credit analysis, collection strategy, credit modelling, alternative credit scoring model, credit risk management or related functions
• Strong knowledge of the business model of retail credit products, process and service
• Direct working experience in start-up environment, financial service industry or Fintech company would be a strong plus
• Strong leadership, well organized, highly energetic, strong passion to drive result and work effectively to meet strict timeline
• Strong commitment to deliver superior business performance following organizational aspiration
• Good written and verbal communication skill in English
