- Monitoring, managing, collecting, analyzing customer databases for support marketing and CRM campaign. 

- Developing and maintaining reports on CRM marketing and sales metrics - Understanding Omni-channel customer behaviors & journey 

- Collaborating with other departments to integrate customer database processes into the CRM systems 

- Improving customer segmentation processes and recommending enhancements to the CRM system 

- Designing and implementing CRM marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement - Resolving any database issues that affect sales system 

- Ensuring the security and accuracy of customer data - Experience in a role related to marketing or database technology, including customer databases, email marketing or web analytics 

-Advance analytical features in Power BI, Advance Excel function & formulas, R programming, data analysis skill a strong plus
