Responsibility

1. Conduct Requirements Gathering: Lead team to collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and requirements by conducting workshops and interviews to gather information. Moreover, able to consult end to end operational business process is required.

2. High-level Solution Design: Console business requirement from team and design/adjust high level design to meet business requirements.

3. Conduct implement/enhancement ITEC (com7 POS & Merchandise software) by summarize business requirement and cooperate with ITEC vendor for full loop development life cycle.

4. Oversee ITEC operation on System Monitoring, System Configuration, Data Migration, Testing and Training, Deployment and Support and Troubleshooting.

5.Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with the latest features and functionalities of to ITEC for business process improvement and reduce team workload

6. Managing team resource and budgeting to fulfill day-to-day operation and implementation projects.

Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. 5 years of experience in leading IT inhouse operation and implementation projects.

3. 5 years of experience of development and support on POS software for retail business.

4. Good in English communication.

5. Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.

6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Understanding of Retail Business operation is a plus.
