Responsibility
- Act as a liaison between the technology team and business units to implement
business strategies and drive improvements through effective use of technology.
- Gather, analyze, plan, and prioritize project requirements in close collaboration
with business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain business requirements documents, including business
workflows and data flow diagrams, that are easily understood by both business
and technical teams.
- Provide end-to-end solution analysis by identifying business needs, constraints,
impacts, and potential future opportunities.
- Present requirements and solutions to stakeholders for approval during the
program design and development process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in MBA, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business or System Analyst.
- Experience in project and team management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus.
- Experience in developing business process and formal requirement documentation such as business requirement document.
- Experience with system or software development methodologies, including agile project management or agile development.
